Sales & Operations Management

Over the past 10 years I've utilized my design background to lead a successful career in sales and sales management / operations in the San Francisco Bay Area. 

I’m driven to learn and care about everything I manage. That mindset has led me to success with multiple sales teams across the Bay Area, and given me a diverse network of friends / colleagues / clients that would recommend my services, no matter the field or product. 

Mr. Roofing Inc. (Roof, Solar, Battery Storage)

Sales Manager (Training, Operations, Sales, Payroll) - Dec 2020 to Aug 2024

Mr. Roofing valued the psychology of the sale, paired with the humility to treat clients with respect. It was a pleasure working directly with the owner, eventually expanding the management team, and growing the sales team to help this small business scale up. 
  • 72% increase in sales in year 1, no change in team size, 50% increase in average deal size. 
  • 84% increase in sales from $3.8M to $7M with equal team size over 3 years. 
  • Crafted the entire training system / tools, as well as vetting and introducing new product lines. 
  • Organized all sales operations and coordination tools with production, payroll, etc. 
  • Combined data and experience to build an entire new pricing system and CRM integration. 
  • Training, sales management, and operations for a diverse group of B2C professionals.
  • Proven sales systems + artificial intelligence / analytics to move the dial on KPI

System Pavers understood the value of training and a sales 'System' to achieve success in a competitive industry. 
  • Utilizing my design training, I was able to gain a leg up within the organization while learning the science of B2C sales, quickly surpassing 1.5M in sales in my first 8 months. 
  • I was offered the role of sales manager and a team of 11, and quick utilized the power of data and training to lead my team toward success in the North-Bay region of the SF Bay Area. 
  • Tom Hopkins' - 'How to Master the Art of Selling' was the guidebook, and continuing education internally / externally was a benchmark for success personally and within my team.

Commercial Business Development - 2017

Northern California Commercial territory: Office partitions, workstation specifications, contract furniture. Developed territory through prospecting with Architects and Property Management Companies to increase company and product awareness.

-Consistently hit 200% of budget, with a 600% increase in lead flow for a dormant account. 
-Led brand awareness lunch & learns for prominent designers in the city. 

Utilizing my design training, I was able to gain a leg up within the organization while learning the science of B2B sales.
