Campus for Caring was a unique, humbling, and inspirational project. It will be used to house and rehabilitate endangered youth in South Florida. The building will be part of a campus, working in conjunction with an existing local facility. The client specified a theme of butterflies, and the transformation that it represented in these children.

Hillsborough County Tax Collector's Office (4 Locations)
Location(s): Hillsborough County, FL
Budget: $10-15 Million per location / Size: 20,000-50,000 SF per location.
The Tax Collector's office wanted to shift from leasing building space to creating branded, standalone facilities. Their goals were (3)-fold.
1) Tilt-Up / Hurricane resistant construction.
2) Improving the tax-payer experience.
3) Create a recognizable design brand that they could replicate.
Budget: $10-15 Million per location / Size: 20,000-50,000 SF per location.

The space offers a renovated space for eating, meeting, and collaboration; as well as a new fitness center with ADA compliant locker rooms. The project manager had very specific aesthetic tastes, and proper management of each specification was crucial to client satisfaction.

Location: Saint Petersburg, FL
With limited square footage and a high ambition client, steps were taken to create a unique space in a high traffic area downtown. The grand opening of the office was very well received. Even the mayor arrived to congratulate the developer on their turnaround of the city.

An investment group wanted us to study different ways to renovate a 1950's Florida Style hotel. The project had to consider certain renovation threshold percentages that would've required extensive flood code upgrades.

Mining Operations Management Center

Budget: $30 Million
A return client wanted to build a 30,000 SF branch headquarters for an expanding operation. Several floor plans were generated to study the most efficient work layout. (3) Rendering styles were generated to show the client varying levels of exterior upgrades to the basic structure.

Solar Decathlon - The MorningStar Home
Location: Washington D.C. / University Park, PA / Production Timeline: 1 Year
Project Status: Complete, 4th Place / Budget: $1.5 Million
The architecture class of 2004 was given the opportunity to participate in Penn State's introductory year in the National Solar Decathlon. Currently the house resides on the University's Sustainability Experience Center as a teaching tool for students.

Bachelor of Architecture Thesis - Eco Form (Duration, 1 Year)
The Architecture program at The Pennsylvania State University is a 165-credit, 5-year program. It involves hand drafting instruction, state of the art digital-production education, a 2nd-year portfolio review, a semester abroad at the 'Sede-Di-Roma' program (Rome, Italy), and a fifth year Architectural Thesis.
